Refund policy

1. Overview

At ProFlux Plumbing Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Course Refund Eligibility

Before Course Start

  • Students may request a full refund if cancellation is made within 5 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed or started.
  • Refund requests made after 5 days but before the course start date may be subject to an administrative fee.

After Course Start

  • If a student withdraws after the course has started, refunds may be issued as follows:
    • Within the first 25% of the course duration → up to 75% refund
    • Within the first 50% of the course duration → up to 50% refund
    • Within the first 75% of the course duration → up to 25% refund
    • After 75% of the course is completed → no refund

3. Online / Digital Course Access

  • If the course includes instant-access digital content, refunds may not be available once:
    • The course has been accessed, OR
    • More than 30% of the content has been viewed or downloaded

4. Cancellation by ProFlux Plumbing Academy

  • If we cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • A transfer to another session

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Registration or administrative fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Downloadable materials already accessed

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Course name
  • Order number
  • Reason for refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

7. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy may be considered in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies) at our sole discretion.
